"Seas" The Moments!

We spent last week on Oak Island,  minus JJ.  I enjoy every moment at the beach and we had a great time being lazy and taking in the beauty of God's creation.  I will let the pictures tell the story.  I am excited that we are going back in early August!

Dad's Day!

We were at the beach without JJ on Father's Day but celebrate how thankful we are for him daily.  He is a wonderful father.  Also, we are grateful to still have my dad in our lives.  Although we were apart on Father's Day, these two were in our hearts as well as JJ's dad and our grandfathers who are no longer with us.

From 1 to 180

Another school year gone in a flash.  The Cullens' kids finished strong as all received honor roll status and other awards.  We are grateful that all of our kids were blessed with outstanding teachers.  I was thankful for a variety of substitute teaching opportunities and confirmation from The Lord that being at home is where He wants my full-time job to remain. Let the summer begin!

Dash Day

Saturday was NCUSA's (our soccer club) Winston-Salem Dash Day.  The players got in free and other family members paid $5.  We all got free hats!  JJ and the kids liked the company and the contests between innings more than the game itself.  I relived my past by just watching the game.  It was a good evening of family fun and the Dash won!
